PSALM 1:1-2
Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.
Why join a study?
Bible Studies allow us to dig deeper into the Word and see a clearer, bigger picture of who God is and what He has done for us.
At Grace, studies are also our pathway to building authentic, open relationships with other believers in gender-specific small groups. These groups help men and women grow together, holding each other accountable to study God's Word and live more and more like Jesus!

SUNDAY SERMONS, WEEKDAY STUDY
Each semester (fall, winter, spring) we offer a bible study for both men and women that mirrors the book or topic that we are studying on Sunday mornings. These bible study groups allow men and women to go deeper into the text, studying cross references and unpacking specific verses, all while building meaningful relationships with brothers and sisters that are studying alongside them!
ESTABLISHING A FIRM FOUNDATION
In addition to sermon-focused groups, we also offer studies focusing on equipping men and women in foundational aspects of faith. For our men, we offer the BetterMan study as a pathway to finding accountability and close relationships with a small group of guys. For our women, we have our FormedWomen study that establishes how we are formed by the Truth, the Holy Spirit, and the Word of God.
WHAT STUDIES ARE AVAILABLE?
This winter offers several great ways to grow in God’s Word and connect in community. Beginning the week of January 5, men and women will study James: Portrait of a Living Faith in various groups throughout the week, and women can also join FormedWomen on Wednesday nights for Part 2: Formed by the Spirit. Men are additionally invited to BetterMan, an 11-week study on biblical manhood beginning February 18 with Wednesday night and Friday morning options.
James (Men)
Mondays 7pm
Join us this winter as our men study the book of James using Jon Nielson’s James: Portrait of a Living Faith, a guide that helps us move from hearing the Word to living it. Meeting Mondays at 7pm, we’ll follow a rhythm of personal study, small-group discussion, and teaching that runs alongside our Sunday series—creating space to dig deep into Scripture, build community, and grow in a living, active faith.
James (Women)
Tuesdays 9:15am | Wednesdays 6:30pm
This winter, our women will walk through the book of James using Jon Nielson’s James: Portrait of a Living Faith, a study that invites us to pursue a steadfast and authentic faith. Women gather in small groups for discussion, prayer, and teaching on Tuesdays at 9:15am (with graceKIDS for infants–preK) or Wednesdays at 6:30pm (with graceKIDS for infants–5th grade), all designed to deepen our understanding of Scripture and encourage one another as we follow Jesus.
BetterMan
Wednesdays 6:30pm | Fridays 6am
BetterMan is an 11 week group study that helps men discover the key principles of biblical manhood, along with practical ways to live them out. In every BetterMan session, there is impactful teaching, followed by small group discussions that build authentic community.
FormedWomen, Part 2: Formed by the Spirit
Wednesdays 6:30pm
FormedWomen is a transformative Bible study series designed to guide women through a deeper, more personal relationship with God. This three-part journey focuses on how we can be formed by the Truth, the Spirit, and the story of Scripture.
Part 2: Formed by the Spirit (11 Weeks, January - March) Learn to live a Spirit-led life. Through teaching and practice, this part equips women to recognize the work of the Holy Spirit, respond to His leading, and walk in step with Him daily.
