Kate has a passion to see children come to know the truth of God’s word. Her role is to facilitate and oversee our Early Childhood Education department (infant through Kindergarten). This includes curriculum, recruiting and training classroom teachers, lesson planning, and child safety. The goal in these classes is to ensure that every child hears the Good News of Jesus Christ!

Kate has called Grace Community Church home since 1999. She has been married to her husband Tim for 15 years and together they have served in a number of volunteer capacities at GCC, including nursery, Jr high, Sr high, and men’s and women’s ministry. Kate currently homeschools their 6 children. Kate loves family game nights, trips to the library, puzzles, and all things crafty!

Julie facilitates and oversees kindergarten through 6th grade programs and classrooms, including curriculum, recruiting teachers and leaders, classroom set-up and function, and lesson planning. Her passion is to share the gospel with each child who steps through the doors at GCC, showing each child they are known and loved by their creator.

Nate and Julie married in 2010 and have two boys in elementary school. They enjoy having people over, biking, camping, gardening, and beach bumming as a family.
